Investigates records and related data. Conducts initial research, gathers pertinent information, and analyzes results. Recommends course of action based upon findings. May initiate organize supporting data. An intermediate level requiring 2-4 years relevant experience .

 Customer Service Representative  

Responds to customer requests and questions regarding service, products and account information. Analyzes and rectifies customer concerns using established procedures. May use computer to access and/or update customer records. Requires 6-12 months experience with company procedures, products and services.
