This Nonprofit organization is affiliated with the National Association of State Treasurers.
The NAUPA site allows you to learn more about the organization, register for seminars and conferences, purchase products to assist you with compliance and awareness, research articles of interest about unclaimed property, obtain a list of state offices, review committee membership, and link to other sites of interest.

Unclaimed Property Holders Liaison Council (UPHLC)
The UPHLC is an organization of professionals dedicated to educating businesses about unclaimed property laws and best practices. Members represent all industries who are interested in returning property to rightful owners, networking with state unclaimed property representatives and other companies engaged in unclaimed property reporting, service providers and leveraging technological innovations.
